Although you are prompted to select a workshop during the registration process (for those attendees that paid for workshops), you are not required to attend the workshop that you selected. That process was simply implemented so that we can give our speakers a good idea of roughly how many attendees they can expect in their workshops. Registration for sessions and/or workshops is not required. Simply attend whatever you’d like! If you are in a session and/or workshop and you feel that it is not meeting your expectations, please feel free to go to another one that is more suitable for what you’re looking for.

If you are registering for the conference as an employee of a U.S., state or local governmental agency or entity, you may be eligible for a discount.
The following government discount codes are in effect:
FEDGOV - 18% discount for employees of federal agencies or the military
STATEGOV - 18% discount for employees of state agencies
LOCALGOV - 18% discount for employees of city, county or regional agencies including public educational institutions and non-profits
Use one of the above codes at checkout. Email address domain of registrant will need to belong to a government entity (such as .gov, .mil, .edu etc.)
Additional Group Discount: If you are registering 3 or more people you may use the code GOVGROUP - 28% discount for employees of the government registering 3 or more people from their organization.
Registrants who cancel on or before 11/3/2017 will be refunded the total amount paid minus a $75.00 processing charge. After 11/3/2017, cancellations and no-shows are liable for the full registration fee. Refunds due to cancellation will be sent no later than 30 days after the scheduled conference date. Transferring registration to another person within your organization is allowed until 12/4/2017. Please contact registration at (720) 370 – 6912 for assistance with any registration cancellations or transfers.
We require speakers to upload their presentations prior to the conference (please note: workshop presentations are not required to be uploaded). With that being said, most of the slide decks should be available and ready to view during the conference and can be accessed via a URL provided at the event. There is also a direct button to the slide decks on our event app. If you do not see a particular slide deck that you are looking for, please email email@example.com
Once your registration is complete, all you need to do is bring either your printed confirmation or an ID and we will print you an attendee badge at the registration desk. Simple as that!
Business casual is appropriate for this type of event.
Travel and parking arrangements are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
