Tim Sparks, CLM Matrix (SOL04)

Tim Sparks is co-founder and CEO of CLM Matrix, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for the company’s overall go-to-market strategy as well as product innovation for extending Microsoft Office/SharePoint technology. Tim has led and participated in dozens of implementations and has learned first-hand the universal challenges faced by most organizations when designing and deploying SharePoint-based collaborative workflow solutions. CLM Matrix created one of the first collaborative workflow solutions for Microsoft on SharePoint 1.0 and has pioneered solutions that allow organizations to standardize, streamline and automate document centric workflow processes in over 18 industry verticals for organizations big and small. Previously, Tim worked for 16 years at Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the U.S., with over $125 billion in revenues and served in a variety of leadership roles including: Managing Director of Koch's internal business execution consulting practice, the Market-based Management Capability. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business and has completed Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
